Jenifer is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mosaic Fi.
From 2005 to 2012 Jenifer worked with family offices and ultra high net worth individuals advising them on their investment portfolios, tax and estate planning and other financial related matters.
She began her career at the Northern Trust Company in Chicago in 1991 where she started in their Trust department and later became a fixed income trader.
From 1995 to 1998 Jenifer was a portfolio manager for the fixed income team at UBS Brinson Partners in Chicago.
From 1998 to 2005 Jenifer was a fixed income portfolio manager at Northern Trust Global Investments in Chicago. She specialized in the ABS and CMBS markets. During her tenure she also managed the fixed income trading desk.
Jenifer received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago.
Jenifer holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, is a member of the CFA Institute and a member of the Charter Financial Analysts Society of Chicago. Jenifer is serving on the Board of Directors for the CFA Society of Chicago for a three year term from 2017 thru 2020. She was the Co-chair of the CFA Professional Development Advisory committee from 2015 thru 2017 and a member of the CFA Women's Steering committee.
Stacy is the Compliance and Operations Director for Mosaic Fi. She is responsible for the oversight of compliance and data management for the firm.
Stacy began her career at Arthur Andersen in 1991 and worked in their Phoenix, New York and Chicago offices. From 1991 to 2002 she was involved with all aspects of external audits for both private and publicly traded multinational companies. She managed client audit engagements and prepared financial statements for management, shareholders and SEC reporting.
From 2002 to 2007, Stacy worked as an accounting consultant to USG Corporation and oversaw a team of twenty-five claims analysts.
From 2007 to 2008, Stacy was an accountant for Sawdust Investment Management Corp. She analyzed and reported on the performance of hedge fund and private equity investments in addition to other internal and external accounting responsibilities.
From 2015 to 2016, Stacy was an outsourced accounting consultant for Red Granite LLC. She acted as a CFO for privately held companies in which she prepared annual budgets, monthly financial statements and management reporting.
Stacy graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona and earned dual B.S.B.A. degrees in Accounting and Finance.
Stacy is a Certified Public Accountant.
Lynn is the Client Services Manager and will be working with Jenifer and Stacy to ensure all client needs, requests, and regulatory requirements are addressed in a timely manner.
Lynn has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies in project management, most recently with Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) from 2009 to 2018. During her 9 years with WBA she was instrumental in the successful opening of the first Walgreens ecommerce office in downtown Chicago. From evaluating real estate options to choosing the design of the office, she partnered with many levels of management to achieve the best outcome. Upon completion of the build out, Lynn managed ongoing activities in the offices which consisted of maintaining vendor relationships, space planning, tracking monthly expenditures, and planning corporate events.
From 2002 to 2005 Lynn was the project manager responsible for building out new branch offices in Chicago and Springfield for Johnson Brothers, a wine & spirits distributor located in Minnesota. There she interviewed hundreds of people for the office, warehouse and driver positions. She hired, trained, and managed customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cashier, and reception.
Lynn has also done sales administration. From 1996 to 2000 she worked at Symbol Technologies, a global leader in mobile data management systems. She was responsible for supporting upwards of 9 sales offices. While there, she did sales forecasting, liaised to Human Resources by managing new hire orientations, exit interviews, benefits training, and time sheet reporting.
Lynn received a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts from DePaul University in Chicago.
