Jenifer started Mosaicfi in order to provide individual clients with smart, straightforward, personalized planning and investment management with a focus on keeping costs to a minimum. Jenifer leads all investment, planning and operations for the firm. Her background includes:
Jenifer is an active member and committee participant of the Chicago Financial Exchange and the CFA Society of Chicago. She is often a guest speaker and panelist for the Chicago Booth Women’s Network.
She is the proud single mother of three daughters and is a strong advocate for empowering women in all aspects of their financial lives.

Leslie is an avid student of personal finance and uses her years of experience to create the marketing strategy for Mosaicfi. With hundreds of client meetings from which to draw, she develops content with a common sense approach and topics that address the concerns and interest of our readers.
Leslie lives in Scottsdale, AZ, with her husband Steve. They enjoy an active lifestyle in the desert foothills and desperately miss their two grown sons.
Providing excellence in client care is a hallmark of Lisa’s approach to client service. Lisa manages the day to day service needs of Mosaicfi clients. Her responsibilities include account opening, asset transfer, responding to and initiating client requests. Her experience includes:

Lisa and her husband, Mike, live in North Carolina with their feisty cockapoo, Justice.
Detail oriented, curious, and proactive, Christina joins the team at Mosaicfi Wealth Management to take the lead on compliance and reporting requirements. She has fifteen years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm with extensive experience in Private Client Services including tax planning and reviewing individual, trust, corporate, partnership, and multi-state tax returns.

Think Differently
ENGAGE WITH US
Think Differently is Mosaicfi's signature event. On March 23, 2024, we hosted our 3rd bi-annual event at the Hotel
Zachary in Chicago. We explored "what is enough?" Our coaches, Melissa Ford and Sherry Welsh, led the conversation teaching us how our minds are "pre-set" to "not enough" and other negative thoughts. Our audience of talented women enjoyed meeting each other and sharing the experience.
The idea for Think Differently came from Jenifer's experience in a similar group, which prompted her to make her dream of opening a women owned and operated wealth management firm a reality.
